A comprehensive project has been initiated for the purpose of developing Continuity and Emergency Plans for all operational Commonwealth departments.

For this project, we have selected BOLDplanning's web-based Planning system, designed to assist organizations in the plan development process. The system guides users through each Plan component, and helps develop a plan that outlines the roles and responsibilities required to ensure an organization's ability to transition and continue its operations during times of disruption.

The system has been customized to meet our specific planning needs, and has been deployed via the internet at VirginiaPrepared.com for the Commonwealth's planning initiative.
